2011 Spring Rally

SCTEA-R Coordinating Committee

The Coordinating Committee meets four-six times each year. The Chair typically recommends meeting dates after the SCTEA Executive Board’s May/June transition meeting.

The Committee meets in the Board Room at the State Office in Columbia and meetings start at 10:30 am. We hold an Annual Business Meeting in conjunction with the SCTEA Annual Conference. Meeting dates for 2010-2011 are shown above. We also hold a Transition Meeting, usually in late May/early June (TBD). Experience has shown that a full schedule of meetings is prudent in years when the Committee sponsors events at both the SCTEA Spring Conference and our Spring Rally. Occasionally, however, the Committee cancels several of these dates. Contact your local SCTEA-R representative or a member of the Executive Committee for the latest information.
